INTERSYST provides technical support and maintenance of the installed equipment and realized projects. It applies to both under warranty and non-warranty equipment (special contract required).
We offer different variants of support, which provide different terms of reactions and ways of equipment replacement. To secure uninterruptible work we can render extra equipment for functional substitution.
INTERSYST technicians fulfill equipment troubleshooting and configuration and eliminate malfunctions and bugs; carry out repair and give consultations the whole set of equipment, delivered by our company.
Consultations can be made either by telephone or at the customer’s site or in INTERSYST office depending on the problem complexity.
