Падает INTIP3B reboot 21
 
Добрый день!
Столкнулся с цикличной перезагрузкой карты INTIP3B, в логе выдает причину ошибки перезагрузки 21:  
0:5857=GD/GA/INTIP/RGD: reason of reboot 21

21: reset on startemg file not received and no backup mode

На данный момент плата в out of service, периодически, судя по логам перегружается, rstcpl не помогает.

Кто сталкивался и как переваривать?
 
А чего в самой плате пишет? Если ком портом встать?
 
Пока еще не добрался...
 
ну и сразу в догонку - работала и перестала, или и не работала никогда?
 
Сложно сказать, заказчик сам не помнит, говорит что не работает довольно давно.

В общем лог сняли, в принципе понятно, что он не может сдернуть прошивку, непонятно почему этого не происходит.

Да леший его знает - чего не может загрузить.
У меня недавно GD так себя вела. По непонятной мне причине - разбираться было лень - в shelf/board/ ethernet parameters - был указан не тот МАС адрес, соотвтетсвенно проц отказывался одавать софт по запросу GD. Вколотили правильный МАС адрес и все побежало.
 
У меня тоже есть подозрение, что неправильный адрес дали при установке, потому как плата ведет себя вполне прилично и не похоже, что это аппаратный сбой. В том же ящике стоит еще одна точно такая же в 20 слоте, прошивку сдергивает.
 
виртуальный интерфейс bond0 не может подниматься на разных скоростях, т.е. либо оба линка должны 100 и 100 либо 1000 и 1000, на вариант когда используется один линк это не распространяется

проверяйте:
- вплотную ли сидит "10/100/1000Base-T Connector"
- патч-корды
- порты коммутатора

если не ошибаюсь по логу у вас два линка на коммутатор
