Опыта - нет. А у аппарата 8038 в меню при загрузке есть возможность выбрать режим SIP? По аналогии, как в 8068. Если есть, может, переключить, и попробовать подключить к ОХО? В чем проблема-то, конкретно? Выдержка из OpenTouch:
6.1.2 First startup with OpenTouch
The 8068 Premium DeskPhone set is delivered from Factory in NOE mode, and needs to be
switched to SIP mode to be associated to a Conversation user on OpenTouch.
1. Connect the new set to the network and leave it start into NOE mode in resurrection state The OmniPCX Enterprise notifies the terminal about the new firmware. The set automatically resets to upd ate its NOE binary from the OmniPCX Enterprise TFTP Server.
2. Once the NOE upd ate is done, restart the set and enter the set administration menu, pressing “i” key, then # keys
3. Sel ect the menu Soft Infos then Run mode
4. Switch the Run mode to SIP and validate
The set automatically checks that its embedded SIP version is compatible, and, if required, downloads 3.10.62 or higher from OmniPCX Enterprise using TFTP (without reboot). At next restart, the se t boots with generic SIP VCI alcatel.ictouch.0 fr om Conversation Deskphone. The DHCP server provides the OT DM address as DHCP next-server information for this VCI, so the se t can reach the OpenTouch Device Management using HTTPs protocol.   TC2063-ed02
