On UDP mode , SIP network link licenses are not released immidiately at the end of the sip call but only after 64*T1=32s (default) from the end of the SIP call.

Понадобилось восстановить записи за октябрь 2021 в одном из регионов и сформировать отчет по переадресованным звонкам (поле transfer в yes). Выдало только за 29.10, будто в остальные дни не переводили. Сморю тикеты на станции – есть переводы в другие дни. Че за? Сравнил 2 тикета за 29 и 27 числа, взял со станции – братья близнецы, везде стоит Transfer Basic Call. А в Висте звонок от 29-го тип как Transfer (поле transit=no), а от 27-го как Transit (transfer=no)!! И так все звонки с 01.10 по 28.10! Тип тикета за 29 – loaded, тип тикета за 27 – restored. Чудеса восстановления? ))
Кто сталкивался, если есть лицензии в такой конфигурации:

и если мы делаем звонок внутри ABC-F сети, то тикеты откладываются на обеих станциях или только на той с которой мы делаем звонок? В исходящем звонке я вижу номер звонящего и VPN-номер, а на принимающей тикета нет вообще, хотя фильтры в аккаунтинге стоят все. Станция считает в этом случае звонок локальным?
На PCS установлена GD3, перестала видеть SD-карточку. Сделали следующее. Отформатировали SD в ext4, GD3 её увидела. Далее, для загрузки софта,PCS был переведен в режим MAIN, запущен DHCP на CS2 со статикой по mac-адресу GD3 и записью "Configuration file + MG3:-/downbin/mg3/binmg3start", прописан lanpbx с tftp и адресом cpu платы cs2. GD3 загружается с CS2, форматирует SD, копирует софт на нее. После перезагрузки прописаны сетевые параметры в местной сети, где в качестве CPU role address указывается адрес станции к которой привязан PCS. В итоге GD3 прогружается и медиагейтвей становится в сервис. А затем происходит самопроизвольная перезагрузка CS2 и GD3 (pcscopy не запускался), при этом GD3 перестает видеть SD-карту, пишет Bad partition 1 и далее No SD card detected!
Когда gd3 пытается грузиться со станции к которой привязан pcs, то происходит вот что:

Возникла необходимость построить отчет по всем номерам на которые переадресовывали из HG. Звонок поступает на префикс D9 со значением Entity/CRG Call, далее по CDT в Entity попадаем в саму HG, в которой операторы переадресовывают звонки. Проблема в том, что OXE формирует 2 разных тикета, один о принятом звонке в HG, второй - о переадресованном, и пока не видно связи между ними. Как видно признаком того, что звонок поступил на HG является поле №35 со значением InitialDialledNumber = D9, по нему я могу отфильтровать все звонки, принятые на группу. Но вот тикет звонка, переадресованного номером 1000, на номер 1001:
Добрый день! Приходилось ли кому прошивать 8001 аппараты? Есть пачка телефонов, которые висят в состоянии инициализации и не грузятся. В инструкции по прошивке сказано:
Step 1,
set up TFTP server, set ip-addr 192.168.0.201, and keep ip: 192.168.0.200 reserved in the local area network.
Step 2,
Upload the kernel and application to the root directory of TFTP server, and rename the kernel and application file, respectively named kernel and application.
Step 3,
power on the phone, then continually press # key more than 5 second .The recovery system program start and automatically set ip-addr 192.168.0.200 by itself, get the kernel and application file from the TFTP server. The whole process to recover system is about 1 minute.

Всем привет! Проблема возникла в организации работы между ОХЕ и аналоговым шлюзом на 12 сим-карт, подключенным к ОХЕ через NDDI2. Хочется равномерного зантяия транков, а по факту некоторые сим вылетают гораздо раньше. Timed release call в ТГ выставлено, т.е. по идее при перезвоне должно попадать на следующую сл. Все звонящие через шлюз находятся в одной ентити, поэтому разбиение на разные ТГ вряд ли поможет..

Приветствую всех! Собственно вопрос в том как сделать, чтобы в момент проигрывания сообщения аппараты операторов уже звонили, а не дожидались конца сообщения?
Добрый день! Есть 11 станций OXE с релизом 8.0.1, планируется сделать апгрейд до 11-го. Сомнения, собственно, вот в чём. На них стоят старые процы CS, которые уже не производятся. Если закупать резерв по процам, то только CS-2. Поскольку привязка лицензий идёт к процу, то резерва как такового не получается - нужно сразу ставить. А старые на свалку?
