Скорее всего, можно попробовать поставить любую из 600-х ОМС. DB_adapter должен понимать R600. Выдержка из ТС:

DBAdapter is a software tool to convert database files saved with a version of OMC 510/600/610/700/710
to the latest installed OMC 711 version.
The main goal is adaptation of the database structure in order to be able to consult, make off-line
modification and restore the complete configuration to the same OXO: same hardware and same software
release using the OMC 711.
When the user selects a database, OMC looks if it is in the corresponding format of actual release 7.1. If
yes, it opens the database as usual. Otherwise, it invokes the DBAdapter tool in background task to convert
the format into the one it can manage (the conversion takes few seconds).
The destination directory is then the current working directory of OMC. So it can open the resulting
database. Thanks to this conversion, OMC 711 can restore a database to an OXO R2.1 to R7.1, which was
initially saved with OMC 510, 600, 610, 700 or 710.

Converted databases have not always the right initialization values for newly added parameters so it is
mandatory that such a database can only be restored on the OXO release on which it has been stored.
Remarks - Restrictions:
- It is not possible to convert a database saved with PM5.
- Converting a database saved with OMC 500 is not supported.
- It is not possible to store a converted database, the save button will be greyed.
Installation:
- This Software module is in English only.
- The installation uses the msi technology from Microsoft ® Corporation.
- DBAdapter requires that the .Net Framework 2.0 (or above 3.0 - 3.5) is installed on the PC.
- Windows OS compatibility: same as OMC 711.
- Former DBAdapter version must be uninstalled before.
