OV8770. Мажорный аларм "No response from any RADIUS server!"

Здравствуйте,
При рестарте Омнивисты (2.6.07.06), всякий раз, вываливается мажорный инцидент "No response from any RADIUS server!" (в том числе и при "еженедельной работе").
Пока я не заметил какого бы то ни-было влияния на работу Омнивисты, но мажорность инцидента мне не нравится... :)

Прошу подсказать, в чем может быть проблема? Или хотя бы задать направление поиска?

Также с ошибкой проходит работа "RTU Scheduled Reports"

Про RTU:
This document describes the RTU (Right To Use) metering feature. The RTU metering feature
is used in OpenTouch™ Enterprise Cloud (OTEC) configurations where the company
subscribes for a service instead of purchasing license. It allows to audit OpenTouch™ and
OmniPCX Enterprise features for billing purposes. The RTU metering feature collects
information named KPIs (licenses, number of users declared, RTP port used, …) and
generates periodic reports at the end of a commercial period (by default, once a month), in pdf
or xls format. These reports can be sent automatically by e-mail to one or several recipients.
The RTU metering feature is integrated into the OmniVista 8770 (MCS and classical editions)
and requires a license with RSC and RTUauditor locks on the OmniVista 8770.
RTU must be activated for each audited OpenTouch™ node and OmniPCX Enterprise node
